Our trip today was just sublime. We clearly lucked out with the weather but regardless the scenery is just stunning and we saw numerous seals and bird life. Zoe our host was so friendly and informative of our surroundings. If you’ve come this far to visit then you must take this extra step to experience something truly unique.

We took the two hour Pabbay boat tour guided by Ziggy. We saw loads of seals, a white tailed eagle, gannets, cormorants and other seabirds. The weather hasn’t been great so we didn’t go far out to sea, but the ride was steady and pleasant. Ziggy was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. Make sure you wrap up warm !

Great trip, saw grey seals, common seals and a sea otter. We had good weather so no sea sickness and great views. Phots don't do it justice as only my mobile.

We took 2 RIB excursions with Seatrek during our stay in the Outer Hebrides, one oriented towards seascapes and one towards wildlife, and thoroughly enjoyed both. As wildlife and landscape photographers, we were afforded every opportunity to capture wonderful images, and we did. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable and highly competent.

A RIB is not necessarily the most comfortable ride as the seating is primarily jockey seats, but there is a bench seat at the back if this is an issue and we requested this for our 2nd excursion. However, what it lacks in comfort it more than makes up for in manoeuvrability and speed, enabling the skipper to get you in close, quickly, losing no time in the commute between viewpoints and locations.

Friendly staff, wonderful experience.. super tour, we were lucky with the weather, and so the changing colours and the beauty were smashing. We saw seals and birds of all kind. The boat was quick and well steared, safety was kept at all times, the riding type of seats were comfy and gave stability.

We went on a 2 hours trip round Lewis and Harris. Dont supose you would get to see any of this unless you went on a boat trip! Saw some seals basking, some caves, some Gulls chasing Sea Eagles 🌊 😀
