Exceptional communication from the owner who couldn’t have been more helpful from the day I made my booking.|Stayed here over Xmas and new year and the addition of the Xmas tree was a great touch.|The apartments are in a phenomenal location with amazing views. I found it to be warm, extremely comfortable and perfectly set up and being a telly addict really appreciated the huge smart TV.|All in all an excellent stay for a price point you’d expect to being far more for.|If you’re lucky enough to be visiting this stunning part of the country and want amazing views and fantastic value for money then you won’t go wrong staying there

You cannot beat the location of these apartments, as soon as you are out the door you can see the sea. The apartments are also bang in the centre so near all food and drink outlets. We had the bottom apartment and the seats in the room and the bed itself were so comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed and more. The communication with the host Andrew was second to none. Great stay!

Spent a few days in this accommodation clean warm and quiet.Free parking permit provided to park on street.

We stayed in apartment 1B at the rear of the ground floor. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all required amenities provided for our week long stay. The apartment comprised of a living room with comfy armchchairs/couch/table and chairs/fold out bed and TV with Netflix/BBC iplayer etc. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing and cooking food. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed and the bathroom included a walk in shower. |A residents parking permit is provided and there is plentiful parking spaces on the rod outside. |The building overlooks the stunning Cullercoats Bay. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and a local supermarket five minutes walk away. |The metro is around the corner and Tynemouth is a pleasant short walk away. |The apartments are run by a friendly and helpful gentleman called Andrew, who is available to assist if required (though everything was absolutely fine for us).

We stayed in apartment 3 on the first floor, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was very well appointed with everything needed for a weeks stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything was beautifully clean. The view out over Cullercoats bay was beautiful and the addition of 2 pairs of binoculars were a nice addition. The beach was just across the road and my grandson had great fun exploring the rocks at low tide. We had a lovely week's stay and I would thoroughly recommend the apartments for a seaside holiday. Hopefully we will return.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Brilliant location. A beautiful apartment, spotless and everything has been well thought out and done to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lots of information has been left highlighting how close cafes, restaurants, metro station etc is to the apartment and what activities are on or near at hand. Would definitely recommend these apartments

We have just got back from a great week’s holiday here. We went for apartment 5, which is the top apartment and has fantastic sea views to the front. Andrew was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us round the very well equipped and laid out apartment. ||The location is perfect, we walked along the coast to Spanish City or Tynemouth, and found lots of good restaurants and eatery’s nearby. Lots of fun on the large sandy beach and you can hire paddle boards or kayaks nearby. ||There is on street parking with a permit (provided).
