We have visited the yacht club a few times over the years with friends. Each time we're hoping for a better experience as it certainly has the amazing views. Unfortunately customer experience is Zero and after today I felt compelled to leave this review.
Basic customer service where staff deliver a courteous response to requests is non- existent. Responses instead are..." no we can't do that" (to a basic question), "go over there and get things yourself". The staff are simply not interested, no smiles, no pleasantries, instead you feel you are a problem in the day.
I can say the food was decent.
Again we leave disappointed. The Club could earn so much more money, but no one is interested in customer service.

The worst place I have ever had the misfortune of visiting! I could hear the head chef outright bullying the staff and the manager did nothing about it, absolutely shameful! The food wasn’t at all pleasant and I will be making complaints to the association about the behaviours witnessed today. It put such a dampener on our moods after witnessing this that we are still upset a few hours later. I hope the person in question takes this further. Il be cancelling my membership with this association if that’s they way they treat their hard working staff!

Visited at the start of Cowes week. Seaview village is an amazing and beautiful place to stay but Seaview Yatch club was not amazing at all. A rather unpleasent girl serving at the outside bar, talking to a co-worker in an unpleasant manner. No atmosphere, run by kids!
Lovely restaurant further up the road.

Organised our sailing regatta for The Great 12 and have done a fantastic job year after year. Could you be more helpful. The food was fantastic, all the staff were welcoming and bent over backwards for the whole weekend. Highly recommended for functions
