I was very pleased with the engineer Steven who explained that they were very busy due to the very cold weather he tried everything he could to get my water back on and arranged a team to come out the next day and dig up the road to expose the pipe. He left me with quite a lot of bottles of water thanks Steve. The team came out the next day and carried out their safety work checking and marking possible underground pipes and setting up their barriers and were just about to get there digger of the trailer the water came on. I would like to thank your engineers very much for their advice and professional conduct

If I could give 0 stars I would. Property has been flooded with human feaces for over a week now. Scottish water attended 4 times in total and has not done a thing about it. Been having to chase 4 times in the last week, unable to get any sort of timeline on when the repairs are going to be done on the public drain and when the human waste is going to be cleared out.

It's sickening what they get away with.

All I can go on is the current experience, which is poor. Sign up for updates - no updates. Report a loss of supply on multiple platforms - ignored. Posts on website say bottled water has been distributed - nope. Mains burst when you don't maintain them (four in one section in one day), we get that things happen - the response has been entirely inadequate. The lack of information and incorrect information are shameful, Scottish Water really needs to examine their response procedures and make some urgent changes.

Called to report a blockage with our drains on Monday. Two workers attended on Tuesday, cleared the blockage within a few minutes, then scrubbed and sanitized the path. Told me they would get someone out to measure for a new man cover as it was broken.
Received a text Thursday morning saying an engineer was attending within 15 min. I called to tell them the problem was rectified but the line was very poor, woman said she would call me back. Few minutes later she called back with a clear line to tell me they were attending to measure for a new man cover
30 minutes later got a call and it was the guy who had attended to tell me the new man cover had been fitted and sealed, no longer a trip hazard.
Fantastic service

To the old hag who answered the phone. Yes I swore profusely at you at the end of the call, but if you were to listen to the call back (which I do actually recommend as part of your training) you will find you were the instigator who took personal offence at me enquiring about water testers for some strange reason. Your replies and the tone in which you delivered them escalated the situation unnecessarily and I have absolutely no remorse or regret at the things I said to you and would say them all over again.

Called tonight when I had no water supply to check if there was a problem in my area then called back to say problem had been resolved. On both occasions my call was answered promptly and both men I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful

Needless to say that I’m disgusted and appalled with the sheer incompetence of the staff at Scottish Water. Logged a call at 9:11am today, was told it would be Urgent!! Called back twice to be told that it wasn’t raised as Urgent. I’ve now had a plumber onsite for five hours costing £300 - £60 per hour. My budget was £240 but that had been swallowed whilst waiting for someone to come and attend.Spoke with a manager called Denny who told me that she would call me back, 2hrs later I’m still waiting. I will be escalating this to your Operations Manager Peter Ferrer

I recently experienced a water leak at my property
In the ML5 area. Scottish water responed with a site visit on the day I called them.Following this,it proved very problematic in determining the source of the leak.I then received daily follow up and investigations to source the leak. The source of my properties leak was eventually found by two very capable and determined Scottish water workers James and Andy. Scottish water were excellent with regards to organising all aspects of work during the investigative phase. In summary, I have been very impressed by the level of personal service and professionalism shown by everyone connected with Scottish Water.
