Our guide, John, was exceptionally friendly and chatty. Following a brief warm-up and practice session, we were off on our journey. The route was excellent, providing a comfortable experience for riders of all skill levels. The course primarily followed gravel pathways, traversing both wooded and open areas, with several picturesque stops along the way, notably at the summit of The Falkirk Wheel. It was a great experience and well worth the cost.

Unforgettable Segway Experience – AWhat an incredible experience at the Falkirk Wheel! The Segway tour was an absolute highlight of our visit – we honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The two guides leading our tour were simply outstanding – full of energy, patience, and great humour. Whether you were a total natural on the Segway or feeling a bit unsure at first, they made everyone feel confident, safe, and fully included.

The tour itself was fun, interactive, and really well paced, with plenty of laughs along the way. The guides engaged with everyone, sharing interesting facts, encouragement, and keeping the vibe light and enjoyable. Their personalities were perfectly suited to the experience – professional, personable, and great fun.

It was such a memorable event and one I’d happily do again (and again!). If you're anywhere near the Falkirk Wheel, don’t miss this – it’s an absolute must-do! Absolutely Brilliant!

It was a wow experience. My 8 year old loved it so much.Worth every penny, the young instructor was so good and she patiently answered all the questions little one asked. Definetely a must try activity.

Had a great time on this experience. Only the 2 of us and we mastered it quickly 😀 so got a full trail. The guide was brilliant - funny, detailed, understanding and knew the route and our ability. 5 stars all round

We had a fantastic time with Baz on the Segway at the Falkirk Wheel. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to control it, but it was relatively easy after 5 minutes or so. My teenage boys loved it even more when it started pouring down from the heavens. That didn't stop us though! Baz was full of energy and local knowledge and I would thoroughly recommend giving it a go.

Good experience for the first time family. Kids 11 and 13 and two parents in mid forties.
John was good at graduately introducing the surrounding woods, hills and turns so everyone could follow and get used to riding a segway.
Much more fun than taking the boat trip.
