I recently used Scoot Travel, Ric, for transportation to and from Heathrow, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the service was punctual, professional, and incredibly smooth.

We used Scoot travel this month (April 2025) to take a family of 6 to and from Gatwick airport.
Rick was very kind and friendly, was on time to take us to the airport and patiently waited for us to come out the airport when part of my buggy didn’t arrive.

Great Service from Rick! Turned up early to help with putting baggage in for everyone and to set off with plenty of time to the airport to allow for any delays.

Rick was also there waiting for us at Arrivals when we came back from holiday. Great to know we have a reliable cabby on dial from now on!

Great journey and great service! Will be booking again for sure.

Scoot took me to Heathrow today. Rick was on time, very polite and very professional. Vehicle was very comfortable. He got me to the airport safely and on time. It was lovely to chat with him on the way also. Would highly recommend.

We used Rick to take us to Stanstead Airport. We were a group of 5 on an early flight and returning later that evening. Rick picked us all up from different locations - he was very prompt and efficient. He was waiting for us when we landed and after a long day it was great not to have to wait around. I would thoroughly recommend Rick and will definitely use him again.

Rick could not have been a better taxi driver, he was so professional friendly, no job to small with my family I, Very reasonably priced. He picked up daughter from Biggin hill then me from BECKENHAM, to my son in Bromley eventually dropping us in eltham, then home again
I would highly recommend him all day, and will be using him again
