10/10. The guys who run this are extremely knowledgable and do very well to pitch the experience to different age groups and knowledge levels. Saw so many different organism including 4 different types of starfish which was amazing. Great value for money as well.

We booked this during our holiday on the Isles of Scilly and it was the highlight of our trip. My 4 and 6yr olds loved it. We're already keen rockpoolers but we learnt loads and saw creatures we'd never seen before. The family who organise it are lovely - really friendly and passionate about what they do.

We booked a private rockpool Safari on our holiday on the Isles of Scilly and it was brilliant. We have been coming to Scilly for years and doing the safari really opened our eyes to what wildlife can be found under the rocks and seaweed. Scott and Samaya and Orkney were brilliant at telling us all about it and were
so enthusiastic about everything. Our kids loved it and an hour and a half went by so quickly. I would definitely recommend going on a Safari, it was a highlight of our holiday!

We had the best time on a private Rockpool safari with Samaya and family, they took 12 of us (ages ranging from 8 to 50) out on a low tide to the rock pools on Porthcressa for 90 mins of exploring. They all know so much about what’s in the oceans and are so friendly and welcoming and could answer any question thrown at them! We saw more marine wildlife (eels, crabs, jellyfish, flatworms and so much more) on our safari than we have in all the years we’ve been to Scilly put together, it was totally incredible and so eye opening as to what you can find if you keep your eyes peeled. It was the highlight of the holiday for all of us and I really can’t recommend it enough.

Scott and Samaya were so warm and informative. Their children were at home in the rock pools and made the younger guests feel welcome and at ease. The whole experience had a great feel to it and was a mix of self lead exploration with guided elements as to have the best chances to find something interesting, which we did! Even those who were less confident at the start of the experience, young and old, were exploring and discovering by themselves.

We had a wonderful afternoon with Samaya, Scott and their children. We all learnt so much and my kids were so excited to have seen such amazing things, their favourites were definitely all of the starfish! They both took the time to make sure everyone had seen the things that were found and to make sure all questions were answered. Would highly recommend and look forward to going on a safari with them again next year!

I can’t recommend Samaya, Scott and the kid’s safaris enough. There is so much to see and enjoy and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This is an activity that kids and grown-ups alike will enjoy. If you have time while you are on the islands, you HAVE TO book - you will honestly not regret it!

A fantastic way to spend a few hours whilst visiting the Isles of Scilly. Scott, Samaya and their kids were so sharp eyed spotting all sorts of incredible sea life, from Starfish and Crabs to Cowries and Blue-rayed Limpets. We learnt so much and had fun doing so!
