Had a great time. Wonderful surprise for us Canadians to see all the marvels. An honour to witness everything. Cafe was ok. (added bonus it was even there) Tea, cakes and sandwiches were welcomed and enjoyed.

WOW, just WOW
It was soo very much enjoyable, every single piece on exposition shines and looks that there is commitment to preserve the history so hats off for the team! You won't be disappointed. Toilets, small gift shop and cafeterias are there for your pleasure too. Ticket prices are very reasonable.
The Scarborough Fair Collection hosts a magnificent working collection of Vintage Cars, Steam Engines, Vintage Fairground Rides and Mechanical Organs topped off with a ‘Mighty’ Wurlitzer Organ in our spacious ballroom. We are set in the scenic grounds of the Flower of May Holiday Park, on the coast road between Scarborough and Filey.

This has been on my wish list for some time and having an hour to spare, I made a beeline for this museum.
What a fantastic place! A fabulous greeting upon arrival, plenty of parking, and lots of fascinating exhibits.
You don't have to be into cars, fairground music organs or merry go rounds to appreciate the quality of the items on show, all spotless and with lots of fascinating information too.
When one of the organs 'burst' into song, it was fantastic and as daft as it sounds, I found it quite emotional.
One of the displays included artefacts I played with as a kid ... it was a lovely trip down memory lane.
Lots of different age groups were there, it's such a lovely place.
I also had a slice of cake and cold drink which was reasonably priced.

Really enjoyable visit, well worth the admission fee, plenty of exhibits to see and marvel at. I love fairground organs, such a unique sound and experience. Went on the carousel(£1 extra per ride) had coffee and cake in the lovely ballroom listening to a Wurlitzer performance. Fantastic place, highly recommended.

An excellent collection of vintage vehicles. The layout is great and has lots to offer. The cafe is very good and in a “Ballroom” definitely a first for us. We spent a couple of hours here. There are plenty of seats for those who want to listen to the music which was much appreciated.the disabled access is very good. With parking right outside the front entrance.

Very friendly place with loads of exhibits and working fairground rides. The organist was really good. It is incredibly clean and well maintained. Very easy to get around in a wheelchair. We spent a couple of hours there and would be happy to go again.

Firstly, I like how it's £10 even if you don't pre book. Bring cash, not just a card. You will need it if you to go for the old rides and try penny arcades. I can't believe how unique the museum is. A lot of old and vintage cars and motorcycles and tractors and some lorries too. And when you enter, they have on display old televisions and radios. And the museum is divided on two big sections. One is actual museum and the other is A BALL ROOM with ehm half live music. Plenty of seating space. Really worth a visit, can't miss it when near Scarborough. I am not sure if you will spend there all day/opening time, but I also went to see the Filey zoo and has a boat in both places.

It was a pleasure to spend my time here. The ticket price is 9.50£ which is the right amount in my opinion. Since one of my favorite songs is "aaaaree you gooiiiing to Scaaarborough faaair?" by Simon & Garfunkel, it was always interesting for me to see what is actually inside this fair/museum. I had to take bus nr. 13 From a town center to this place as the location is quite far away from the town itself, nonetheless the bus stop is next to the entry so it wasn't a big of a problem. You can find an impressive collection of old stuff from small items to huge vehicles that were on the roads a hunder+ years ago.
