My 5 stars go fully and wholeheartedly to the young lady who helped me with my paperwork just now ~ she absolutely went above and beyond and helped me sort out, what I'd found to be a difficult situation. I turned up in an absolute state, literally minutes before the PO was about to close. Her calm demeanour calmed me, she helped me with the form (I was in such a state, I could hardly write!) But we did it, everything was sorted and she was so lovely she absolutely has to be recognised, so Thank you so much, you helped me immensely, I really appreciated your help.

Saxilby Post Office is now in the Co-op building further up the road. I've seen quite long queues of people waiting to get served, but I always try to pick quieter times of day (so far with success).

Nice clean shop. More expensive than the big stores, but that's where convenience comes in. The staff can't do enough for you and tills are opened if there's a queue. Can't fault the store and use it most days

Went to exchange left over currency I got via the post office delivery to home service only to be told I couldn’t as they only exchange currency got direct from them. Have done it there several times before and post office site says they should do it there.

very friendly & helpful post office , hope this one doesn't close , 10 times better than the one on the Birchwood shopping centre in Lincoln. Unfortunately, since my original review this post office has now been closed which is a great shame for the people of Saxilby and indeed many others like me who used it because of the woeful post office on the birch wood
