Katie, Nicole and Michelle were fantastic throughout the process of our house sale. They were always positive, upbeat, cheerful and encouraging.
The whole team were great at communicating with us and proactive in chasing up solicitors -and others - on our behalf.
At times, the girls were also counsellors as we grappled with the emotional turmoil of leaving our long-time family home; they were always kind and compassionate and we really appreciated their empathy and support.

The ladies at Sawdye & Harris are professional from the get-go, knowledgeable and personable and it was refreshing to feel cared about and for them to have our best interests at the forefront of their service. We had an abysmal experience with our solicitors and it was beyond stressful, but Nicole fought our corner for weeks (if not months!) and put the pressure on them to respond to emails and chased with phone calls - something she shouldn’t have had to do (because our solicitors should have been doing their job!) but was more than willing to go the extra mile. It really helped to have that local service - it felt much more personable and I would fully recommend them to anyone considering selling, or even just for advice, they are all so friendly and we can’t thank them enough for putting us at ease towards the end of a stressful few months. Fabulous service from Nicole and the team at the Chudleigh office. A complex sale partly due to the house being empty and requiring the some work before listing. Also, the seller was remote from the property making regular visits difficult. However, the helpful and pro-active approach to overcoming the hurdles led to a successful sale.

We have just sold our house in Chudleigh with Sawdye and Harris. Sarah has been very helpful and friendly and most importantly responsive, always keeping us informed. She arranged lots of viewings very efficiently, always consulting with us. After viewings we always got some feedback and told how it has gone without us having to chase at all. Very exacting with the photos and a good virtual tour video made. We have been very impressed with the friendly and personal service we've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Sarah and Nicole at the Chudleigh office helped me and my husband find and buy our wonderful home in Chudleigh last year.
