The best fine sandy beach just a chain ferry away from the UK's most precious & pristine Nature and Marine Reserve, Studland. Always has locals and visitors, dog walking and enjoying the water and fresh air. Views across to Old Harry Rocks and along Bournemouth Beach with the Needles and the Isle of Wight visible, depending on conditions.

It is a very good sandy beach. There is a good parking lot. There are v not many places for motorcycles. There are toilets that are fairly clean. I found very few shops though. Overall a good place to spend a day with or without kids and pets.

The water is crystal clear—I even found my lost sunglasses and my baby's hair band! Beautiful vibes and an enjoyable experience overall. There's a nice shop nearby offering ice cream, coffee, food, and alcohol. Plenty of parking spaces are available for a fee. Check out the pictures for more details. Highly recommend!

It's a wonderful, wonderful beach. Such a lively and happy place! And yet not too commercialized.
Perfect place for a dip in the sea. The water is very clean. You can get beach chairs, umbrellas etc on hire if you want.
The toilets are very clean. There are open showers to clean up after swimming. There are water filling points.
I wish there were more options for food and drink. There are just one or two places as of now, and they are not very reasonably priced.
Easy to access. Just next to bus stops.

One of the best beaches to do some paddle boarding!!
Wonderful for kids as very shallow water for quite a way out, and the water gets nice and warm when the suns out!

One of the best , the cleanest and sandy beach I have ever been !
It was worth travelling 2 and half hours to see the beach
A fantastic place to go with family - very peaceful with a fantastic view of the cliffs with crystal clear water and also walk down strip to see yachts right opposite the beaches - easy to find parking , I recommend going during the weekday and during when it's a little cold as the waves looks great.
Very close to local shops and the toilet are very clean!

There really is no better quality beach anywhere in the UK than Sandbanks and very few in the world that can match it. Ok, it’s in the UK so of course you don’t get guaranteed sunshine all the time but when the sun is shining…. WOW! Miles of sandy beach that stretches from Sandbanks through to Bournemouth and beyond.

There are excellent facilities for eating out, refreshments and so forth and plenty of public toilets along with a very big car park (but it still gets full in peak season so sunny days do sometimes mean queues to get in).

Being part of the famous luxury playground of the Sandbanks peninsular that forms part of the entrance to Poole Harbour, this is a very special place to come when on holiday and despite being a ‘millionaires playground’ prices in the local shops and eateries are not excessively high.

The water quality is excellent as the seabed shelves slowly away, it is a safe beach and has water that warms up more quickly than in neighbouring Bournemouth.

Great beach lovely water nice and clean beach plenty of toilets and shops.. has bead and umbrella hire on the front if your early enough (they sell out quickly) and can be busy in the holidays but a great day if you can get there early morning or early evening as parking changes. Definitely recommend!
