We just got back from the best holiday of our lives, booked through Natalie at Sandalwood escapes. This is the second holiday we’ve booked with her and both were exceptional.

The destinations we chose were amazing but Natalie guided us to options that were within our budget and tailored to what we were looking for.

She is patient and checked in with us to ensure that we arrived ok and if we needed anything. Communication and booking has been really easy both times.

Highly recommend Natalie for a stress free holiday and any advice on where to stay in different destinations. She also managed to get us a really good price and extras such as lounge access and a private dinner chucked in 😍

Just back from the most incredible holiday in the Maldives arranged by Natalie at Sandalwood Escapes.

This was a special trip for us as we explained we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Natalie listened to our requirements and designed 5 bespoke holidays for us with video guides of the resorts and lots of extras. She listened to the brief and really delivered.

Everything was organised from flights to lounge access to accommodation all at the most incredibly high standard. Natalie kept in touch during the 9 months from booking to departing and was always available to answer any questions.

Don't think the word 'bespoke' is code for expensive. We chatted with other couples whilst away and found we had better accommodation and flights and paid £000's less!

Natalie was helpful when we had questions and when a part of our trip was cancelled due to weather issues she sorted all of the arrangements and a refund from home so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Exceptional from start to finish!

We recently booked our honeymoon through Natalie at Sandalwood Escapes. Natalie’s kind, friendly and attentive approach made us feel comfortable and confident that Sandalwood would be able to help us find the honeymoon of our dreams, and boy she didn’t disappoint. The itinerary - 3 nights in Singapore, 7 days in Ubud (Bali, Indonesia), 7 days in Seminyak (Bali, Indonesia).

One of the aspects that stood out to us the most was the attention to detail throughout the booking phase. We had multiple email/phone/video calls in order for Natalie to capture our vision and to also understand our worries and concerns. She came back to us with multiple trip itineraries and we were truly blown away by the stunning options Natalie curated for our stay, every itinerary was unique and catered perfectly to our preferences, reflecting her understanding of our needs.
Once we’d made a decision, the booking process could not have been easier. Natalie took care of everything for us including flights, hotels, private transfers and more - a real weight off our mind.

We encountered an issue with one our room bookings, despite it being a last-minute problem, Natalie swiftly took charge and resolved the situation with utmost professionalism. Her prompt response and ability to find a solution ensured that our honeymoon experience remained undisturbed.

Throughout the entire process, Natalie showed a genuine commitment to making our honeymoon extraordinary. Her communication and exceptional customer service made us feel like our every need and concern was prioritised.

From the initial contact, Natalie was amazing, understood the brief, answered all our questions and was always quick to respond. Sending us various options to consider, Natalie arranged everything from airport security fast track, private transfers and even checked in for us.
Once we were at the hotel, we did have an issue with the room which Natalie quickly resolved and was in regular contact to ensure everything was as expected.
I will absolutely use Natalie’s services again and can’t recommend her highly enough.

This year we had a bit of a special holiday in mind and wanted to visit several cities in northern Italy and have some time on the beach as well. This felt a bit difficult to organise with the trains and hotels in different places. I called Natalie at Sandalwood Escapes, to discuss my plans and was very impressed with her knowledge and suggestions that really improved my initial thoughts.

She sent us a detailed plan of our travel within 3 days with everything written out with flight / train times and dates, along with pictures and descriptions of the hotels. It was really amazing and exactly as we imagined our holiday to be. I did also contact a well-known brand of travel agent that we would generally use to book our holidays and didn’t hear back from them, even though they promised to pass my request to their specialist supplier for the tours to the country. This was very disappointing, but at the same time showed even more what an exceptional experience Natalie provided for us.

My family has not been in Italy as tourists before, so we aimed to have a small but busy tour, as an overview of the country. We had an absolutely amazing time! We flew into one airport with one airline and back from a different airport with another airline. All the trains and hotels were so cleverly booked, allowing us to spend a couple of days in each destination, without feeling it was a rush. The hotels were all very different and great in their own way ranging from classic 16th century buildings in the centre to well-known chain, a bit out of all the hustle and bustle of the centre, followed by a family run hotel very close to the beach.

We could have asked Natalie to adjust and change anything at what she has offered us to do, but after mulling over it for a few days, we decided to go entirely with her plan and very glad we did. We have asked a few questions and exchanged a few emails discussing our hotels and other requirements; we always received a detailed reply from Natalie. Nothing was ever too much trouble, however simple the question.

We had a wonderful tailor-made holiday and would definitely recommend Natalie and would absolutely use her expertise again. Last but not least, she also kept in touch throughout our journey, asking if everything was going well. This is priceless when you are travelling in a foreign country and changing locations. She had also checked us in on the flights, that is a very nice personal touch to the trip, making things easier for us. It felt to us that it was really well organised by an expert, flights trains hotels, were all perfect, we still wouldn’t have changed a thing after the holiday. This was by far the best holiday we’ve had in a long while, for which we owe a huge thanks to Natalie.
