Very patient and detailed follow up on all of my very detailed questions—-greatly appreciate Kelvin’s customer service. We booked in April-2024 for a February-2025 trip to Niseko resort area, staying at Terraze penthouse 4-bdrm. They can also book t many other locations including AYA Hotel. This company seems to be based in UK, but they are seemingly able to easily book everything for us (living in California).

Seamless experience organising a trip to Niseko with Kelvin - accommodation including specific requests, bus transport, private taxi transfer, lift passes, ski hire and even managed a breakfast pack to be delivered to our apartment prior to arrival! Fast email responses and could answer all my questions. Outstanding customer service, I would I give 6 stars if I could, thank you!

We recently returned from Japan and had Christmas at Hakuba. Kelvin assisted us from accommodation, transfers, and the many many many questions I had (many emails) and everything went so smoothly but the stand out was the communication from Kelvin. Always answering my questions and everything was so seamless. I would highly recommend contacting Kelvin if you are organising a ski holiday to Japan. I will definitely be in contact with him again to organise another ski holiday in Japan. What an awesome experience. Thank Kelvin. Credit to you.

We couldn’t recommend Samurai Snow more especially Kelvin who was our point of contact. When we booked the trip 11 months ago we had to pay in full with no refund policy. It’s a big leap of faith to pay and hope everything goes to plan and I can happily say it did. We did have a bed at the fantastic ROKA Apartments when we arrived in Hakuba thanks to Kelvin! If we come to Japan again we will definitely use Samurai Snow

Fantastic experience organising a trip to Niseko, Japan through Samurai Snow with a group of 7. Kelvin was easy to get ahold of and was extremely helpful prior to our departure and with enquiries on our arrival. Concierge services offered made booking gear, lessons and transport extremely easy.
