Booked for them to collect my colleagues to go to the train station and they never turned up, with that my colleagues missed their train!

When my colleague booked the service over the phone, she was advised she would get an invoice but didn't get one so she called the next day spoke to someone asking for the invoice again their response was "I was just being lazy" not very professional at all

We got a email confirmation of the booking, but when we called today they advise there wasn't anything in the system
