Sam is a superstar!!
Have booked a few holidays with her, some still to take, but nothing is too much trouble. She answers all queries quickly, sorts issues and even changed a holiday very last minute for us at no cost, when we found out the hotel we'd booked had loads of building work going on!
She's on the ball with all the paperwork and sorts everything to make your holiday booking process as straightforward and stress free as possible.
Can't recommend Sam highly enough.

Sam is amazing, I have booked quite a few holidays with her and just booked two more. I always need extras put on and she sorts everything from start to finish. Even when I randomly message. She also helped my friend on several times sort her holiday out which she didn’t have to and they will be booking with Sam next time too. Honestly five stars is not enough for Sam. Would never go anywhere else to book my holidays. Thank you again.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon in January and went to Venice in June. Sam makes booking a holiday so easy and is a joy to work with. She always has time to answer any questions that we have. This was our second holiday that we’ve booked through Sam and we’ve had an amazing time on both.
After a request, Sam goes out her way to find a list of great holidays within your desired budget and then puts everything together for you. She even checked us in to our flights. We would both highly recommended Sam at Holiday Village for any holiday desires-be it a small get away or a long trip away.

We have used Sam several times to book our holidays, and we will continue to use her expertise. We have recently asked Sam to organise a trip of a lifetime for my husband and me, to Agra, India. We told her our budget, the kind of hotel we’d like to stay in, the types of things we’d like to see, and sat back! A few days later Sam sent us a fantastic itinerary that fitted exactly what we’d asked for…. And actually came in under budget. We need some assistance at the airport and larger attractions and that has been organised too.
