Loraine at the travel desk was lovely, friendly, helpful and patient. it is also great having a separate queue for travel transactions.

Loraine helped me with all my travel needs. I have recently purchased travel insurance for my family with Loraine and today she helped me organise my travel money. She explained the different rates available and the ways to take my cash and I decided to take both cash and a travel money card.

I will be back to use the digital service for passports soon.

The Post Office at Saltcoats leave a sensational feeling of tradition and yet modern atmosphere. The workers demonstrated excellent customer service and ethics by explaining different methods for postage and the costs involved, so that I could make a well informed decision on how I was going to send my parcel. Richard stood out by showing respect and dignity in treatment people. I will certainly continue to use the Post Office.

The staff in Saltcoats are honestly such a lovely crowd of people. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
