As first time travellers to Africa but having often heard our friends speak of their wonderful adventures with Safari Consultants, we couldn’t wait to join them for a self-drive safari in Namibia. Oh what joy! The attention to detail, intimate knowledge of the places where we would be staying (what outstanding camps) and tailoring the itinerary to incorporate so many different experiences that all flowed with such ease that we were left to simply relax and enjoy! Michele, you did us proud. We left a little of our hearts out in Africa calling us back and would look no further in future than Safari Consultants. Perfect in every way.

Having travelled to Africa with a number of tour agents over the years I have defaulted to Safari Consultants as they in my opinion provide the best all round customer experience. Their intimate knowledge of countries, regions, parks / reserves and accommodation options means they can tailor a visit to exceed your wants and wishes. Michele Seamark and Safari Consultants were fantastic. They planned a wonderful two-week trip for us through Southern Africa (South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe). We left all of the details to Michele. The trip went off without a hitch. The destinations, transportation, lodging, activities were all wonderful. It is quite something to receive a memo from Michele telling you that in six month’s time at some minor location in Zimbabwe, you will meet a man named Clive who will ferry you to the next destination and then… Clive shows up six months later right on time. As nearly as I can tell, these people know everything there is to know about Southern Africa. We could not have been in better hands.

We had an amazing family safari to Kenya organised by Safari Consultants. Their attention to detail was praiseworthy and we didn't have a single hiccup on the whole trip. They even spotted that we had a bit of spare time in Nairobi and organised us to visit The Karen Blixen House and the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage which became one of our highlights of the holiday. They will certainly be sorting out our next safari.

Once again Michele put together a superb itinerary for us. Every aspect of the trip was planned perfectly, and the only glitch was when one of the charter companies messed up a flight causing us to miss an international connection. Michele was immediately on the case, and seamelessly for us (but doubtless a nightmare for Michele!) the problem was sorted with minimal fuss and no disruption or loss of our precious safari time. Having a company like Safari Consultants organising a trip means that there is fantastic and timely support in case of any issues while away, and we just know that any problem will be addressed immediately. We cannot praise Safari Consultants highly enough, and Michele in particular.

We have been to Africa for many, many years and used another company but then we were directed towards Safari Consultants by our previous agent who had retired. We must say we are extremely happy with the help and bookings they have done for us. We are now on our 4th booking and would not consider going anywhere else.
