I recently had the pleasure of using Safa Travel for my trip to Saudi to perform Umrah. Safa Travel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I reached out, the customer service was exceptional. Every representative I spoke with was not only friendly but also genuinely eager to help. My booking included transport from airport to hotel, ziarats in Makkah and Medinah, from Makkah hotel to Madinah Hotel and from Medinah to airport.
All drivers we met were incredibly generous, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was looking to book a trip to Doha and Umrah Combined. Having researched flights and Accomodation myself, I thought there was still alot more to organise on the trip and an Agent may be able to sort out my Transport/Visa Etc into a package.

I communicated with Amara Khan via WhatsApp after clicking a link on Instagram. She was excellent throughout. She gave me a very good package with everything included to my needs. When I was out in Mecca if I encountered any problems she was easily contactable. In fact she even sent me messages to check up and ensure the experience was good.

Would highly recommend booking via them. Takes all of the hassle of arranging transfer and Visa out of the experience.

We traveled as two families, arriving from both London and New York, and Safa Travel coordinated everything perfectly. Big shoutout to brother Muhammad Zakariya who liaised with me on everything and accommodated all of our preferences and requirements, to create a customised package. Everything from our hotels, flights, transport, visa and ziarat was taken care of by him and the agency. I was able to enjoy the umrah with my sister’s family who were making umrah for the first time from the US. We even added a stopover for 3 days in Dubai at the end and everything arranged by Safa Travel was VIP. Our whole experience was seamless and I cannot recommend enough.
