I regularly book cabs from them and on the initial stages it was alright. I was actually happy with their service but lately they’ve started giving me rude and non customer friendly drivers and on top of that their service is so poor that i have to wait for minimum 25 to 40 minutes for a 10 minutes ride. Sometimes i am fine with waiting. I can understand their situation but lately it’s happening in almost every ride. It’s so frustrating sometimes. Coz the drivers try to blame on for pre booking the ride even though i have pre booked a ride 1 hour ago and still i am waiting 40 minutes extra for a cab. They really need to improve their services.

I had agreed on a price with them on the phone and made sure to give the correct amount of money to my elderly parents. Then the driver collected them and asked them for extra money. They are taking advantage of the elderly which is completely unacceptable. Will not use again and do not recommend.

Arrived ahead of time but waited patiently, driver was very friendly, delivered on-time for a 45 minute journey there and back, waiting while I had a meeting.

My step-mother and some of her family had a less positive experience (she called and specified the need for a big vehicle - x number of people - but one turned up with insufficient seats, then they had to wait a long time for an adequately-sized vehicle) but my experience was very positive, as outlined above, hence the 5 stars.

Been using for year normally good service however last night... a journey that normally costs £14 pound from loughton station to waltham abbey tescos cost me £25! The meter seemed to be going up pretty quick.... i get its a "festive period" the cab driver said but this is a joke for 15 min journey if that

Driver told us the price up front and we agreed on this, but the change I received after paying showed that he took £10 extra from us. Won’t be using again as we felt taken advantage of because we’d been drinking.

These are top guys! Saved me from the useless night tube which only runs to Loughton, car was parked at Epping! got a cab from these guys and left my phone in the cab, called the office the next day and they tracked it down and had it in the office when i came to collect it, top marks! Special thanks to Stuart in the office and the driver, thankyou so much!
