I would actually give 4.5 stars, but there is no such an option 🙂
It's a lovely place for walk with family. Kids play area is wonderful and the ice create from the ice cram van was the best I ever had. The expensive car parking fee is a bit of setback and also place can get very busy at the times so not the perfect place for quiet walk, but there is plenty to explore 👌😍

Great for dog walking, or with kids as there is a playground, also lots of bins provided along the roads and benches to sit down. There is a cafe as well with a good selection of hot food and cakes (vegan and gluten free options, decaf coffe available).

A great place to go for a walk or a play. There are two play parks for children of all ages. There are lots of lovely circular walks to go on. The cafe is great, but a bit pricey. Serves great cakes and coffee, but it isn't cheap. Plenty of parking. Clean, accessible toilets.

Where do these little gems come from?

Worked in the area for years and never knew this place even existed

Guy at work got us down on our hour lunch break. After a 6 mins drive we arrived

Plenty of parking

Massive area with its own cafe and lots of play grounds for all age groups

Lots of Wild life in the area

There is a train for the kids too

Very well kept

Beautiful place to walk around . Lovely ( dog friendly ) cafe . Great during the week as quieter . Lovely friendly staff in the cafe . Good coffee and delicious cakes .

Love this place. Really well maintained paths and play parks. Always feels clean. Play equipment is graffiti free and that keeps it feeling new and nice for little ones. Cafe has recently been taken over by the same Farm shop company that run the Cafe at Stoneleigh showground and the quality is very good and consistent with more chain branches of Coffee Shop.

Very nice place, very peaceful place to walk around, lots of birds to see and listen to.
I rode around on my bike and was very easy ride. Would be great for kids.

Nice park. Cafe has been recently done up (didn't go in though). Decent toilets with baby change in the disabled loo. For Halloween they had some displays of ghosts and pumpkins etc along the trail which was a nice addition.
