A very bad experince with this estate agents. I wanted to book a viewing for a house I really liked and on the 21th (second day the house was on the market) I rang and they said 'we're not currently taking viewings on the house and we'll ring you when we are'. I then rang on the 22nd and the same answer was given to me that they werent taking viewings at the moment. I asked what the reason was and they said the home owner isnt ready to take viewings. After not hearing back from them I then ring today (26th) and they tell me they're not taking viewing anymore and and the highest offer would be acctepted and that they had block viewings. I told the lady on the phone that I was told that i would be informed when viewing would take place and her responses was that we tried to ring you on the 21st for a viewing. How did you try to ring me on the 21st when I rang on the 21st and 22nd and was told 'not taking viewings at the moment. I have proof of logs and if a manager wants to listen to the calls, my names is on the top because your team is lying. Not sure why maybe the name doesn't fit.
