Rural rides went above and beyond when getting a large number of guests to a wedding yesterday. Not only was their service seamless but the cars were extremely clean and comfortable. Everything oozed quality. When one of the guests had to go on a last minute dash and missed the taxi, Paul offered to go back and collect her and bring her to the service despite having completed the job already. He then went on to calm her down as she was concerned about missing the service. An absolutely fantastic guy and a great company. Highly recommended!

Was recommended to Rural Rides by a work colleague. Was looking to arrange a driver for several journeys for a colleague who was in the area for meetings over 2 days. Despite being a busy time and the Cheltenham Races being on, Cameron came up with an alternative solution which was perfect for me needs.
We had email exchange back and forth to arrange the various dates, times, locations and journeys. Cameron was exceptional, super responsive and highly efficient. He confimed everything in a timely manner and despite a few changes with times, nothing was too much trouble.
The drivers were fantastic, punctual, and friendly. Everything ran to schedule and there was absolutely no issues at all. Would highly recommend Rural Rides & will not hesitate to use them in the future!

Rural Rides has been fantastic to deal with from the moment of booking for our wedding. The communication and organisation in the lead up to the event was brilliant, making the whole process very easy and stress free. On the day itself our driver was extremely punctual and friendly for all trips and the vehicles were spotless and comfortable. Top class service, we wouldn't hesitate to book again and will be sure to recommend you to anyone!

Impeccable service from start to finish. Communication was fantastic from start to finish and their customer service was second to none.

On the day, there was a slight mix up with taxis, with another group getting into the taxi that had been booked for the bridesmaids. The other taxi company was very unhelpful and refused to taxi the bridesmaids and drove off. Rural Rides came to the rescue and drove back to the getting ready venue to collect the bridesmaids, no issue at all.

I highly recommend Rural Rides to anyone look for a reliable, professional and human service.

Ok, so a little different to wedding taxis & tours, we were looking for something comfy & smart, and a bit more upmarket to your usual taxis to take us to Heathrow for our recent once-in-a-lifetime destination wedding. Rural Rides were recommended and from enquiring via FB to dropping off in the early hours of the morning, everything went like clockwork. MD Paul collected us from our home and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him all the way to the airport. I'm so sorry, I can't remember the name of our driver on the way home, but he was equally as brilliant and was happy for us to snooze in the back after a long flight. The Defender was very smart and super comfy and exactly what we were after as an extra little treat to ourselves. I would highly recommend Rural Rides for airport transfers.
