The lack of a toilet or lift for disabled travellers is a disgrace, really. Impossible for wheelchair users to change platform on what is a busy and quite important interchange. Unbelievable for 2024.

Paid for overnight parking for London trip , no spaces . Disgusting , quick enough to take our money but no spaces at all .

Spartan facilities, no toilets, basic waiting shelter, trains serve the Trent valley line between rugby and Stafford on the Euston to Crewe hourly service, there is also a frequent service to New Street

An okay little station but no facilities at all and due to the location there isn't really anywhere to go nearby for toilets. This station also has no lifts so it is not disability friendly, with the stairs over the track also being quite difficult for some eldery!

No toilets is unexceptable, I have diabetes incipides, and reliy on medication to stop me from going the toilet, dreading going there this Sunday but do not have a choice😡

Visited the station as I was changing trains between Stafford and Cannock. Fairly standard small station with three platforms, two of which are accessible only by footbridge. No shops, lifts or toilets here however.

Windswept station with minimal weather protection, zero public conveniences, zero cross-platform access for disabled travellers and pushchair users unless you can navigate a bridge and a very overcrowded small car park with one blue badge bay. There's a gravel carpark on the lane opposite the station which isn't signposted until you're at the entrance to it. Currently £4 per day or part day.
