Your customer services royal is disgusting you shouldn’t be turning up to people houses moan the fact people aren’t in if you come at a reasonable time to deliver them you will find people might be in sorry the fact we have to go shopping,see family or yet even exist
I swear to god if I walked down the stairs a little bit earlier to him talking to my partner like that I would have him peace of mind that is for sure you rude arrogant individual get different job if that’s the case

You disrespectful scum bags how dare you block my drive way so I can’t get on off my driveway while you clear off for an hour or so making your deliveries I’ll be sending these photos to the police and reporting you stupid dumb scum bags for this it’s not only disrespectful it’s illegal to park on this white line you idiot retake your driving test

It would appear that this branch are now employing ghosts! Tracking states that a delivery was attempted at 9.16am this morning, and yet somehow not a single person showed up on any of the three motion detection cameras! I have been sat downstairs all day to ensure that I didn't miss the delivery of this parcel, and my whole family were at home all day, including both dogs (you would have to be invisible for them not to alert to the front door). My father was even on the driveway at 9.15 working on the garden, so unless royal mail are hiring secret agents to deliver for them, I'm not convinced there was a delivery attempted at all.

Just to make everything that touch better, tracking also states that collection is available from the long Eaton office. What they fail to tell you, is that the long Eaton office is only open from 8am until 10am, which makes actually collecting anything impossible.

The sender payed £16+ to have this parcel delivered guaranteed next day, so I'm very frustrated that it didn't. There wasn't a van that even came onto the road, because you can only get onto my estate from one way. So there was absolutely no attempt made at all. Genuinely appalled.

There has been a complaint lodged with the company, but I thought others ought to be aware of the sheer laziness and incompetence of this delivery branch, as this isn't the first issue I've had with them.

Staff ok. Opening and closing times are appalling. Should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting that they closed 2 hours after opening. Doesn't give them that work nightshift a chance to get the parcels that they miss. They should be open for longer.

Tried phoning ahead to check opening times gave up after 30 minutes of music and queue. It's a very difficult place to access as cars park on the pavement in front of the building . I'm visually impaired entrance round the back . Only good thing about my visit was the lovely helpful lady on the desk but please sort out the access issues .

The miserable cow behind the counter at the Royal Mail sorting office - not the Post Office - could do with a lesson in Customer Service. She really is the very epitome of ignorance. It doesn't make a jot of difference how polite people are to her, she's remains rude and indifferent.

Royal mail parcel collection service. What more can you say? Staff seem OK. Opening times could be better.
