Very friendly service. Great welcome pack with lots of useful info. Site has a lovely lay out with easily accessed facilities. Pitches are a good size and not squashed in. Close to bus routes, grocers and fast food outlets. The only negative point is the close proximity to a main road which has loud cars racing upto late at night.

Our first visit to Rowan Park. A warm welcome from site wardens and good to receive a very useful visitor pack with useful information. A relatively small site but very well kept. Usual good standard facilities from CAMC sites.|Site is located in a retail park, so lots of road noise. Our pitch was about furthest from the road, so we did have constant road noise but didn’t disturb us. |in summary. Great site, location pretty urbanised. Would come back but more as a stay over to visit other places.

Very good & well kept. Really helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of supermarkets, shops and fast food nearby and Bognor, Butlins and the beach are all a short drive away. Country park with mini golf, pedaloes and a kids train nearby. It’s really unfortunate that the road noise is fairly constant throughout the day and when that dies down we have what sounds like stock car racing throughout the night. With earplugs I’d consider towards 5*

We stayed 2 nights in November. It is very well kept site with the toilet and shower facilities good too. Yes, as other mention there is road noise but this does go quieter after around 23:00.

Fabulous site with excellent facilities. Super clean. Great location for exploring. Only downside is that there is a lot of traffic noise. It seems Bognor has a large population of inadequate males that feel a supercharged vehicle makes up for their lack of manliness, if you get my drift.

Lovely safe, very clean, quiet and spacious site.||First time travelling by myself in our camper van with my disabled adult son.||The wardens were so friendly and helpful and helped me with a few teething issues. We felt so safe there. ||My son loved the fact that there was a stand alone disabled toilet and shower and we were put near as requested.||At night yes if you turned the TV off and listened hard enough you could hear the traffic however it didn’t affect our sleep. Loved being so close to the retail park if we needed anything. Also bus stop 5 mins away and we had a day in Bognor and it saved taking the camper. ||Toilet and washing facilities cleanest Ive ever seen and of a good size. ||Pitches are spaced out and we didn’t feel on top of other tourers. ||Will be definitely back with my husband and other child!

I've stayed at this site on multiple occasions. I've always had a friendly and efficient welcome, and the site is always presented beautifully.
The flowers and garden areas are a credit to the team, and the shower block and facilities are always spotless.
On this most recent visit, my motorhome decided to lock itself, thus stranding me outside, with dogs/keys/phone within!
The team are limited (by club rules) as to what assistance they can offer, but (within those rules) they did all they could to help me gain access.
In the end, it was the AA man who got in, but I was grateful to the wardens for their obvious genuine concern and assistance.

Much has been said on past reviews about the road noise. All I can say is that I would not keep returning if it was intrusive. Yes, it's not silent, but you do tune-out to the hum of the traffic, and it certainly shouldn't keep anyone awake at night!

Staff were lovely.
Great spot for shops and catching buses.
Toilets were kept to a very high standard.
Only moan would be TV reception with plug in ariel on site was not working properly, only picked up 24 channels
