Called for flight info.
First woman hung up on me!!!
I called back, spoke to a Second Lady. She took my information and said “she’d call me back”
She never did!
Unprofessional! Do not return calls as they said!
I would NEVER, EVER use this company and hand them tons off cash.
The only reason I could possibly think of why they did not want to help me is they heard my American accent. Which means they ares not only unprofessional, but RACIST!
AVOID!

Travel agency responds with “fake review”.

Very friendly and professional service from Trevor. He had lots of knowledge of the ski resort we were going to having been there himself a few times and was able to give us his inside knowledge to help us choose our hotel and board basis. He didn't try to upsell a more expensive package. He even gave us tips on which local restaurants were good.
We got a really good deal on our holiday too. My husband had looked around and Rosetta had the best value we could find.

5 stars does not quantify how good this company is. They take care of everything for you, get better deals than you can get yourself, help with all the complications of travel, go above an beyond, have great holiday ideas, the list goes on and on. Never book a holiday without them. Clare
