These people are not safe enough to travel the canal ways. They don’t give other boat users, ANY consideration at all. They ride too close, too fast and without a care. Also, quite verbally abusive if challenged…awful outdated service, run by indifferent people. Just because you can sit at the back of a boat with a tiller in your hand, doesn’t mean you should ?

Hi I am a volunteer driver for driven and drop people off for there boat trip on the rose off parbold when tha come back tha always say the boat trip was very good well done to the volunteers ?

I run private hire wheelchair transport. Took residents from one of the local care homes to experience boat trip with Rose Of Parbold. This place and idea are amazing. Staff at the boat are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to other care homes.
