Excellent and professional service from Roman Bath private hire. Both drivers where outstanding, both in timing of collection and drop off, really helpful with my luggage including a dismantled and packed up bicycle. Getting me to airport and collecting me two weeks later after my cycle trip in Atlas Mountains. Cant remember the drivers name who collected me from my flat for an early morning flight, he too had done some sport cycling and played guitar, from what i can recall of our conversation on way to airport. Raul collected me after my trip swiftly getting me back home in the middle of the night, i am very grateful to both drivers for their friendly attitude despite the unsocial hours of my flights and really recommend the brilliant service.

Brilliant service, I couldn’t fault a single thing.

I have to admit I was sceptical booking online with not speaking to anyone but totally blown away by the updates and communication and simple to follow and understand the return pick up from the airport.

Excellent experience all around! Superior communication, especially when our flight got cancelled and we were rebooked the next day.
