This is the first time we have used ROL, Chris Milligan answered the phone immediately, he was so helpful, friendly and easy to understand, we have booked with Imagine in the past and wow what a difference, to the service Chris gave us, we were so impressed we booked and paid our deposit straight away and look forward to the cruise in September because Chris had described it so well. On more than one occasion I've asked for information regarding a cruise I've booked with ROL and they just don't bother coming back to me. It's really infuriating. However if you are making an enquiry about a new booking they ALWAYS get back to. They've got too big to care. Shame. They used to be good but alas not anymore!!!

I booked with ROL last year and was impressed with all aspects of the service. I've just booked again and there was the same excellent level of service from prompt answering of the phone by a person to payment. My previous details were retrieved quickly so the whole booking process was fast, and the price was £700 cheaper than booking directly with the cruise company!!
