We booked Rob to take our family of five to Heathrow Airport, and the experience was excellent. Rob arrived on time, and the journey was smooth and pleasant. His car had plenty of space for all our luggage, and it was spotless inside.

We were so impressed with Rob’s service when he took our family to Heathrow that we booked him again for our return journey.

Overall, a very reliable and comfortable service and we will definitely be booking him again for all of our future travels!

We used Rob's Taxi Service for our wedding two weeks ago to take us and family to the registry office and venue. Rob arrived in plenty of time and his 9 seater taxi was immaculate. We had booked Rob for the duration of the day to ferry guests and this was carried out without any issues. We would have no hesitation in booking Rob again for any event due to his professionalism and assistance throughout the day. Thank you Rob

Journey from Ritz to home should cost £3 (£4.50 late evening) .........got charged £10 even though driver said it's "time and a half" after 11pm then put up £4.50 on the meter. Driver then started to argue when I advised that £4.50 x 1.5 wasn't £10!!! Very poor customer service!!!!!!!
