I cannot recommend this taxi company enough. I came along to Prestatyn by train with 3x clients going to presthaven. We have never been to Prestatyn before. Robert’s taxis dropped me at the caravan door, picked me up from the caravan door and was fast & reliable. Thankyou for helping me make my clients trip amazing <3

Just got a taxi from Bodfari to Prestatyn. I didn't have a proper address but lovely lady on phone managed to find me. Car arrived exactly 30 mins later as quoted and the cost was exactly as quoted too. Really nice chatty driver. Excellent, thanks.

Used this firm when we arrived in Prestatyn, and got overcharged for a short trip. We now use a reputable taxi company who don't overcharge. We will never use this firm again, nor will any of our family and friends when they visit. Not the most savvy of business, who are more interested in grabbing a few quid now, than receiving a bad review and no repeat customers.👎

I regularly get a taxi from this taxi stand to your Haven but yesterday at 12 o'clock the taxi driver asked me personal questions like where is your hometown, what does your wife do, did you leave the key to the caravan? I understood the reason, he shouldn't think he doesn't understand, I forgot the key and I handed it over today, you can tell him and he will tell the people he will tell. We are not thieves, we are not liars, but we know very well who are liars and thieves.

Very happy with the service of these taxi's. Pairing that with the app and text notifications, so you know exactly when your driver is near you, I couldn't be happier.

Driver was friendly and I had a great conversation while in the taxi.

Use Roberts often for short trips and always on time and good communication with text updates.
Also used Paul's airport transfers last month for a family holiday. Minibus for 7 people was lovely, clean and tidy. Paul was on time, very friendly, and good communication again. Will definitely use again!
