Robert Ellis were amazing from start to finish. Genuinely very impressed with them. Especially Dawn who on the final day was phoning the solicitors non stop to ensure everything went through!! When we first started looking at houses they got us viewings on houses next day and fully supported us through the process. When the solicitors couldn’t decide a date to move, our agent Dawn took it upon herself to do it for them and sort it for everyone in the chain. When we were initially viewing houses, another estate agent in the area HC were absolutely useless. For a viewing on an empty house they said it would take 10 days! And when we put an offer in at asking price we didn’t even get a response.

Robert Ellis were fantastic and without them I genuinely believe we would still be in our old house! Thanks guys and thank you Dawn!! Also a shout out to Harry who showed us round lots of houses with such enthusiasm, unlike other estate agents who just stood there on their phones. One of which asked me not to park on the drive of the very house we were viewing!

I'd like to share my fantastic experience with Robert Ellis Estate Agents in Long Eaton and specifically Leah Warren. Leah handled our sale from start to finish with very prompt updates in a professional manner. She explained things to us which we didn't quite understand. That put us at ease. She workes so hard to push for viewings on our previous house which ultimately got us the quick sale so we were able to purchase the house we now live in, in the timeframe we had.

For a bright young lady, Leah has a very mature head on her shoulders and from our experience I would say she is an important asset to Robert Ellis Estate Agents.
