Nice little service station. Was done up nicely for Christmas time. Clean toilets and enough shops to choose from including McDonald's, WHSmith and Costa.

The services were very clean and easy to navigate through, with all the outlets easily accessible. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, especially Rachel from the McDonald’s and Tracy who was walking round the services checking to see people were enjoying their stops and could find everything they needed. Lovely.

These aren't the biggest of of services. There's a reasonable amount of parking and a good selection of stores and food outlets. They feel a bit dated now and could do with some refurbishment. Handy having a McDonald's and Costa on site.

The lady on the checkout was so friendly and polite. She was having a bit of trouble scanning the cards but explained patiently. Service station was remarkably clean and tidy

The staff at Tibshelf are its greatest asset. They are a cheery bunch in spite of their full-on shifts and demanding customers. Cleaners do a great job of keeping over-used loos usable despite the questionable habits of some visitors. The landscaped space is far more relaxing than the acre of tarmac at the surrounding alternatives. So why not 5 stars? Well, it's still a service station and feels like a service station and there's always room for improvement. My thanks to Team Tibshelf

A Great convince for me and my young family a special point I would like to make was my interaction with lovely Colette the domestic who was very courteous in her apologies which were not needed as she used the cleaning machine in a very busy service station.
I wanted to express my appreciation for this person and her lovely nature and manner as for without her generally taken for granted cleaning abilities the place would surely have to close.
