Another great stay at Royall Retreat. This time in March rather than June. A very cosy holiday home with every thing you need to make it like home from home. I just wish my home had a river frontage. There was plenty of wild life visiting every day and the fishing was good.
This property comes highly recommended. We must have had return holidays here forover 15 years. Love it.

The cottage is in a fantastic location overlooking the River Bure. The Shower downstairs is great lovely and powerful. The Cottage heating works a treat as well. We can’t really fault our stay, the only thing we found challenging was the dials on the massive cooker/oven. They are all fading so not sure what did what.

Another excellent holiday provided by Riverside Rentals in Wroxham, stayed here a few times now and no complaints at all.

Cavell cottage, although small, is absolutely ideal for two (plus a small furry friend). The cottage is very well equipped, snug and comfortable. It's main attraction though is the superb location, a few feet from the water and only yards from the main river Bure. You can sit in the sunshine (hopefully) and watch the river traffic cruise by - highly recommended. Booking again for our fourth visit in 2025.
The letting agency, Riverside Rentals, are very helpful and precise with their property details and ensure that the cottage is very well looked after - again, well recommended.

Another fabulous holiday at the boathouse our third here and at least eighth with Riverside rentals. Lovely clean well equipped property and perfect for all ages and our little dog. Great fishing and we even got a video of the otter. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A lovely tranquil cottage, everything you need is there, stunning views. The 2 local pubs both had amazing food, but worth booking as they are busy. Parking is a bit tight as the road is narrow, but as it's almost at the end of the road, nothing really goes down there. Definitely a place to visit!

We could not fault our week at High Meadow, it is so quite and peaceful so if you are looking to switch off this is the place. The house is huge and offers so much space . This property was also an anglers dream, The fishing was outstanding as we caught bream to 5lb everyday and the roach fishing was out of this world with roach from 2oz to 12oz almost every cast and the boat traffic on this part of the river Bure is very quite at this location. To add there is a safe lock up for all your tackle.
For anglers looking to purchase bait try Chunky's in Wroxham the bait was excellent as was the service , The bait was much better than at Angling Direct.
Riverside rentals also go the extra mile with all the information they provide in advance of the holiday.

We have just returned from a fantastic week staying in Two Hoots. This being the fourth time we have returned in four years. Each time it becomes harder to leave. The location and cottage has everything you could ask for and the cleanliness of the cottage is exceptional. Unfortunately we are unable to return in 2025 as Two Hoots is already booked for our preferred dates.
