Riverside Farm Cottages - Skegness

Lovely well appointed cottage. Large rooms. Hot tub . Enclosed patio and lawned garden ( dogs can roam safe ). Full amenities. Riverside and farm walks. Apart from lack of spots to access the river ( fishing advertised) its a lovely setting. Village has a well stocked store , two pubs, a Chinese take away. Kebab house, and chip shop. A market square.

We stayed at Haven View and would rate this an average stay. The man who met us was friendly and the overall place where Haven view is located is lovely. For me the let down was the beds. We stayed in the family room on the 3rd floor and the mattress was rock hard and the first night got no sleep. Our friends who were with us stayed in the other kingsize room and their mattress was just as bad and the bed was very noisy (rickety). I tried the other single bed in our room
And tbh not much better. Also the hot tub wasn’t very clean and the amount of hair I pulled out from near the filter was disgusting. I don’t think these hot tubs are emptied and refilled with every guest which is a shame. The rest of the accommodation was fine for what we needed. Would we come back no probably not as far too expensive for what it was. £1200 for 3nights.

Lovely self catering cottage that had everything you needed. Was very clean, had a welcome tray on arrival and a guide to the local area.
We had a private garden for the dog and a hot tub.
Only a 5 minute walk to the train station to get to Skegness.
Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable, big houses great for all the staff to stay away for work. Lovely hot tubs we've enjoyed too. Very close to Wainfleet for shops and takeaways and 15 mins away from Skegness.

Arrived for a Birthday weekend with 10 family members to a very warm welcome. The size of the barn conversation was very deceiving, set over 3 floors with good size rooms. Two with en-suite shower rooms and a main family bathroom. Downstairs there’s a very large lounge diner and a good size kitchen. Outside there is a small grass area and a large hot tub on a paved area.
I really would have given 5 stars but in some places it looks a little tired, expected if it’s full occupancy and for us the beds (mattress’s) are not very comfortable and are noisy when you turn over (Lol sleep straight and don’t move)

Absolutely superb and couldn't fault it. Great quiet location within walking distance of a small village and an easy drive into Skegness. The entire house very clean and exceptionally comfortable. Hot tub well looked after and great to relax in after a busy day. Simply perfect all round and we'd certainly go back.

Just had a week at Riverside farm cottages in Beacon cottage. It has been very relaxing and peaceful and amazing. We brought our 2 dogs who loved the Garden. Beacon cottage was lovely, clean and Spacious and didn't want for anything. Hotub lovely Went to visit local attractions and plenty of walks around Wainfleet. Thank you so much and will look forward to visiting again soon.
