We used Rio cabs for the first time on Sunday.
It was a long trip from Nottingham to Wembley stadium in a wheelchair taxi. The taxi turned up early which gave us time to sort everything out. They were where they said they would be they picked us up.
Will definitely use Rio cabs in the future.

Excellent service. I booked the taxi for my family going to Birmingham airport on the 31st of December early morning. Everyone I spoke by phone was helpful, Violeta and Jacob. The driver, Gabriel who helped us with the luggage and he returned the child seat after the service, is very polite and professional. Thank you very much

Yes, of course, it's not a car from your garage. However, last night, you delivered us to the station on time, and the driver was very professional. Regarding the photo, sorry I don’t want to mislead anyone, I believe it was a Viano, but unfortunately, I don't have a photo. In terms of comfort and dimensions, your car was superbly comfortable for four passengers same as Cadillac

Excellent service. Lady on the phone was so helpful. She explained there had been an accident on the A1, so the town traffic was worse than usual on a Friday afternoon. She kept me informed by text and my driver was great. He said he was pleased I was happy and understanding of the delay. A great service by driver and the lady on the phone was so helpful. A credit to RIO CABS. (My mum used them in May to EMA, she is disabled and said the driver was wonderful. What better recommendation than from a 95yr old lady ).
