My wife & I have just returned from a great tour of the D-day beaches in Normandy with Tony & Allison. It was very special because the 80th anniversary was just two weeks ago and we were able to see the magnificent Standing with Giants memorial with 1,475 silhouettes representing the British servicemen & women who perished on that fateful day. Tony is passionate about the subject and this is matched by his immense knowledge. Allison did a great job of keeping us all fed (packed lunches and lots of biscuits) and watered (tea, coffee, water & beer). We have no hesitation in recommending Rifleman Tours and can't wait to do another one. Also many thanks to Daniel who did all the driving.

I’ve just returned from an excellent four day trip with Rifleman Tours visiting the Ypres Salient and the Somme along with other poignant places of interest from the Great War. This is the second time I’ve been away with Riflemen Tours who I can’t recommend highly enough. Tony’s knowledge is nothing short of outstanding and his passionate delivery without a script makes it feel real. Coupled with Alison’s excellent organisational skills the whole trip from start to finish ran like clockwork, I’m looking forward to receiving the itinerary for 2024 so I can book my next trip. I have been previously on Rifleman Tours with guide/owner Tony and his charming wife but mainly WW1 battlefield tours, the D-Day trip was my firstWW2 tour, it was excellent, highly informative via Tony wherever we visited, loved his talk at the French Cross of Lorraine. I would tell anyone contemplating going on a battle field tour to forget the rest and go with Tony and Allison on a Rifleman Tour, they are the best.

Having now done 3 excellent tours with Rifleman tours, 2 that enabled me to visit the final resting place of a great Uncle thanks to Tony's specially planned tours. We are about to book our 4th trip, and it feels like we are now booking trips with friends. Tony plans a tour around visiting any war grave cemetery youbmay want to visit. We could not rate Tony and Allison high enough, they go above and beyond to make the most of the tour for you.
