We had a ski trip to Austria a few weeks ago. Nick & Richard our drivers were great. Very funny and very good drivers. The coach was nice and clean and the drivers were very knowledgeable about the area we were staying at. Most drivers don’t speak and are miserable on the coaches I’ve been in but these two were so funny. Well done Ridley coaches and a massive thank you to your drivers who took us. 😃

I have used Ridley’s Coaches for away travel for a football club for the whole season and have nothing but positive feedback to share.

The office team are really helpful and accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble. Luke specifically always goes above and beyond.

Our coaches are always spotless and of excellent quality & the drivers are always superb - they are always prepared and friendly with our customers.

When we played a major game recently; our requirements shot up & the team worked tirelessly to ensure we had as many coaches as possible, whilst still ensuring the quality was top tier.

I couldn’t recommend Ridley’s enough!💙

Great day trip, comfortable coach and friendly driver and would totally recommend.

Travelled on one of this companies coaches to Wembley from Coventry. The journey was exactly 2 hrs, we arrived at 11.08, we were told by the driver we need to be at back at the coach NO later than 1 hour after the final whistle, everyone was back on the coach by 7.25pm. As every other coach manoeuvred around us to leave, we sat there static, when i approached the driver to ask what the problem was, he said he couldn't go anywhere until 8.08pm as his tacho told him so. I did mention that the game went to extra time and penalties and if that didn't happen, we would have been on the coach at 6.25pm, would we have had to wait until 8.08pm to leave, his reply was yes... i pointed out that if he knew this prior to us getting off the coach, why didn't he tell everyone that we would be leaving at that time at the very earliest so be back at a time for that to happen. It raised another question, why didn't all of the other 150 coach drivers in the carpark have the same problem as he did. Official complaint into CCFC Travel. The company is only as good as its drivers, this time i rate the company by my experience and that is 1star.

The Most wanted or rather the most desired coach captain by any tour Manager would be "Dan". Thank you Ridleys for appointing such an amazing gentleman as a Coach Captain. He is a professional with expert driving skills on the European roads. Goes out of his way to help, assist and manage long Tours till the end. Guests in the coach were mesmerised with his abilities to pick the right roads during congestion and his patience during long driving hours.
As far as the Ridleys coaches are concerned, they are top notch in terms of seating and aircon
Give this Captain a Raise 👍.
Thanks once again Ridleys for making it a journey to remember for our guests at Star Tours
