Shockingly poor.

Online service that accepted and took a booking for a trip from Goodrington to Dartmouth (9mikes).

Hours later I get an email cancelling my booking saying their system shouldn’t have accepted it? Seriously?

Plans completely thrown. Not acceptable.

We used these guys recently for a wedding at Salcombe. Rob was excellent every step of the way, from the booking 3 weeks beforehand, the punctuality and also the price! Great value for an exec car.
As it was peeing down with rain, he also lent an umbrella for my wife to get to the hotel entrance. He followed behind and collected the umbrella once we were safely inside. Well done. I definitely recommend.

I booked a car from this company to take my mum to hospital and back home again. I spoke to Steve the owner on the phone and he could not have been more helpful. His son Josh collected my mum on time, dressed smartly and driving a clean, comfortable car. He was polite, courteous and helpful and the journey was smooth. My mum was delighted. We stayed the weekend at South Sands Hotel in Salcombe & required a taxi to/from The Crab Shed, so we could enjoy a glass or two. Josh rang spoke to my partner at our hotel to arrange, he was very honest about cost, which was appreciated. The hotel had recommended, along with other firms, but we're happy we plumped for Josh, he is polite, knowledgeable & we could have chatted all evening, but when our meal was finished we text, got a prompt reply from Josh & he was waiting outside.
