The stylist curled my hair beautifully — it looked elegant, natural, and stayed perfect throughout the whole day. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and professional. Vicki cut and styled my hair last week and I was really impressed with her work! She managed to correct a mishap from my last hair cut wonderfully and made me feel at ease right away. I went today for a complete change! And it is exactly how I wanted it. Vicki was brilliant and really listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. I’m really happy with my new cut. I will definitely be back!

We also had our two young girls hair cut there a few weeks ago and they were brilliant with them and really good prices.

I've been in contact with Vicki since before lockdown and have only just been able to have my hair cut by her. Vicki has always been so professional, helpful and communicative by staying in touch and listening to my needs. When I finally went for my cut I felt so safe and relaxed despite the new restrictions. Vicki put me at ease and listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would look good. I can honestly say that my hair was exactly as I wanted it when I left and I didn't feel the need to go home and redo it so I looked like me again.....we've all had that happen! I've always been someone that stays with a hairdresser for a long time - once I've found a good one, I won't go anywhere else. I was really nervous about trying somewhere new but I'm delighted I've found Vicki at Retreat and I'll be staying with her for as long as I can now.

This was my first time at Retreat and I was so happy with the service. I called every salon in Long Eaton and this one was the only one who got back to me.
My hair was a mess but it was easily fixed: washed, trimmed, the weight cut out and blow dried in less than an hour. Vicky put me at ease super quick and made the whole situation seamless. I am really impressed with my haircut. Thank you 😊

My first post lockdown visit and Vicki has done a fabulous job as always. My coloured hair is naturally very fine but often frizzes too, and before my visit it was feeling in a bad way with lots of breakage. Vicki used the Morrocanoil products on my hair and I cannot believe the results! Really impressive. My hair feels so much better, smooth, nourished and shiny, without any feeling of heaviness. I have bought the shampoo, styling cream and thickening lotion to try at home. Thank you Vicki for making my hair feel fantastic again.
