Wow these guys are just so knowledgeable. We spoke to them after speaking to several travel agents and we just felt like the other agents weren't really interested in our trip. 2 failed to provide us with quotes and the other 1 provided a quote but it wasn't what we wanted.

The guys here made us a great Rum Punch and we really felt like they wanted us to have the best trip, they gave us so many tips and things to do in Japan. We were blown away with their service and the price was below what we were expecting to spend. Great agents, can't wait to use them again!!!

We have used Resfeber/Platinum Travel for a number of years now and have always received excellent service. We have booked independent land based holidays and cruises with them and all meticulously planned. Our latest experience was a cruise which was cancelled by the cruise line 6 days before we were due to fly to the US and 3 days before the first lockdown. Arron has took care of the cancellation, rebooking 4 replacement cruises, with the same cruise line, all of which were cancelled. His knowledge of the industry and ability to handle these cancellations has made the whole experience less stressful for us. He has since booked one cruise that has gone ahead and two future cruises. I like the fact that they take time to discuss your requirements, provide suggestions based on these requirements and then tailor the trip to suit you. I also find the additional tips and ideas that they provide useful. I will admit I have used another firm recently and the trip was cancelled but the customer care was well below the level offered by Resfeber. I have learnt my lesson. Resfeber's customer care when trips are cancelled or plans go wrong is excellent. I love the fact that I can WhatsApp them as well.

Over the years, I have booked holidays online for myself, the quality of which were sometimes, in all honesty, a bit hit and miss. However, I had the opportunity to try the travel services of a local independent, initially with hotels for work, but latterly with multi location holidays. Resfeber always go the extra mile, planning your ultimate trip, sightseeing options, making sure you understand everything in your itinerary, checking in with you before you leave, at the end of the phone whilst on holiday in the unlikely event of a problem and then checking how your trip away has been when you get back.

Living in Doncaster and being recommended these guys I was a little sceptical. However I first contacted the guys and heard back really quick, told them what I was after, dates and budget.
They soon came back to me with some different suggestions and deals and I booked a week to Kos for June 2021. In the hope covid would be gone.
As we got closer to the holiday Greece was still in Amber but the guys sent me links to how to book the tests we needed to still be able to go.
Then 2 weeks before our holiday the flight got cancelled, the guys were on it quick for us and managed to get us the dame holiday with upgrades for the same price thanks to tui giving us 20% rebook incentive, same dates just different airport. Phew!

Being able to keep in touch via WhatsApp made everything so much easier and simple for us and thanks to the guys we had the best first holiday ever !!!

Gutted I can't go away this year but hoping to book one later this year for next Yr with my kids. I'll definitely be using these guys for my future holidays they take the stress away and make everything so easy and straight forward too.
