The face to face service provided by Junaid was second to none. The portal was easy to use and the efficiency behind finding a tenant and having everything in place was superb. One improvement I would say would be the quality assurance process when ensuring all documents are uploaded. However, I would recommend to any landlords or tenant looking to rent out a property. Looking forward to working together in the future!

Looking through the existing comments I was sceptical about Rentigo but I decided to rent a 3 bed house in Grays and the agency exceeded my expectations. First of all: great contact with the agency both by phone and email.

1. they arranged a viewing within 1 hour of my inquiry!

2. The rental process took 5 days (it would have been even faster if I hadn't waited for references from my workplace!)

3. Very helpful and they respond to emails super-fast.

Keep it up Rentigo!

One more thing. References are checked by 3rd parties so be honest when talking to a staff member. They are there to help you.

The photos and the virtual tour software used were really good compared to photos taken by other estate agents Junaid was able to help me find a tenant within a month, even though it was over the Christmas and new year period. There was a plan B in place when the initial plan fell through which saved time and money. I would highly recommend Rentigo to Landlords looking for help with finding tenants.

This is the worsened estate agent I have ever seen in England, they keep my holdings deposit of 294.23 pounds because the reference was failed
Sincerely speaking I don’t recommend such agency for letting business, unprofessional staff, very rude and mannerless.
This is not how to run a business eating from the pocket of the poor struggling to survive
Rentigo is a well known business but my first experience is regretted
Please kindly refund my holding deposit I will never leave a good remark not until I get my refund
