We have been dealing with this agency for the past two months and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Their service is very poor and the staff shows completely irresponsible behavior. We have been complaining about our issue for over two months now, but nothing has been resolved. Instead of helping, they keep delaying and ignoring our concerns. Very unprofessional and careless attitude.

Came directly from Coventry to see the house, they change my slot from 5:30 to 4:30 only sending an email at 10 in the morning, call them next day and they claim that they tried to contact me which isn’t true, do not recommend this agency to any one, 0 accountability, 0 service when I call them, didn’t even apologise for me driving an hour without getting to see the property and then they just tell me that there isn’t more slots to see the house..

I don't understand how anybody would ever rent with this agency.People that work there are very unprofessional. The houses and flats they rent are in no livable conditions,very old and not up to cleanliness and hygiene standards.They will increase your rent every year but agents and landlords will not invest in the property or guarantee you won't have any issues while living there.
Do not fall in the trap of believing their advertisements.

Worst estate agency. Extremely unprofessional, parasitic and opportunistic. Exploiting financially vulnerable people. Providing sub par living conditions at best. Unclear about utilities. Gaslight tenants when complaints are made about items such as electrical charges etc... Would not recommend, poor service and stressful experience.
