I’ve been with the company for over seven months now, and there are a few key points about Relay that I’d like to share with people who are looking for jobs — just like I was seven months ago.

Number 1 – Core values.
Did someone say caring about the people you work with? But what does that actually look like?
It’s not just about sick leave, free lunches, or gym memberships. Sometimes it means looking someone in the eye and telling the truth with the sole intent of helping them grow. It might mean taking a loss as an owner during their first few weeks in the company, just to help them progress a few months down the line. Sometimes, it’s even about wanting that growth for someone more than they want it for themselves. It's about building genuine relationships with future business partners and supporting each other through every step of the development process.

Number 2 – It’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle.
Everyone wants to develop certain skills in a new position—whether that’s communication, customer service, recruitment, project management, finance, or analytical skills. But not many people think about developing a new mindset towards their daily experiences.
It’s nearly impossible for someone to become the president of a country if they believe their voice doesn’t matter. It all comes down to mindset. Being successful is a mindset. It’s a choice.

Number 3 – Seeing is believing.
We can only lead by example. Being surrounded by individuals who consistently demonstrate top performance in our industry, strong work ethic, and unshakable attitudes in real-life situations — along with a desire to grow together — can only do two things:
1. Inspire and empower you to follow their example, or
2. Leave you watching from the sidelines, thinking, those standards are too high for me.

Either way, it's a positive outcome. For those who decide to step up in life, it won’t be easy — we’re not a "get-rich-quick" scheme. The opportunity requires hard work, but those who pursue it with full effort can expect meaningful results.

Now, all of this may sound great, and you might skim through it and think, I’m not sure if all of this is actually true. And you’d be right to question it. I probably wouldn’t believe everything I read online either.
But I’m taking the time and effort to write this review so you can see that there is a possibility it’s true. That great opportunities and great companies do exist.

So now it’s up to you to decide whether to give it a shot.

I, personally, have never seen anyone give 100% to this opportunity and then regret it. I certainly haven’t.
