Recently had a fantastic day out with Regency Horse & Carriage Masters and Royal Logistic Corps Horse Drawn Heritage at the Edenbridge and Oxted Show in Kent. Regency were professional, well turned out and horses were expertly driven for the day. The team were friendly, skilled and experienced. The day went smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyable.

I highly recommend Regency Horse & Carriage Masters. Lisa and Eleanor make the whole process of arranging horse drawn services for a funeral so simple and straight forward. They are so easy to speak to and are always available 24/7 over emails and the phone! We love to see the horses which are always immaculate and so well behaved. The selection of drapes is amazing and our families find the brochure very easy to use and choose from.
Dean and Eleanor are so professional when on service, driving the horses and making sure that everything is always safe! They have no problems answering any questions from family members on the day as well which is a lovely touch.

I can't say I can review their funeral services however they have scammed us into purchasing their old horse box lorry and then ignored our calls and emails.

Lorry was advertised to us in a significantly better overall condition than what was sold to us. They even pushed for a higher price for it. This then lead to us purchasing and having the vehicle delivered to our yard, seeing the windows and side door are missing completely and them ignoring our attempts to contact them to refund it or even dispute. Will be dealing with them via tribunal. Untrustworthy company.
