A few years ago me and my husband went on a day trip to Cambridge and Ely.? ? Hottest day of the year. As we got off the coach in Cambridge I asked driver the name of the college we were parked at so we would know the way back. He told me Jesus. So after looking round we set off back. My husband is not a well man so walking in heat for a long time didn't do him any good. Eventually found Jesus college to learn it was wrong. Eventually found parked coaches to find ours had waited half a hour and left for Ely. So thought what to do now. Didn't know where taxis were. Or train station. Rang office no answer. So Rang police who was very kind to two 70 year old. Who said coach driver shouldn't have left us in the first place. So police managed to get hold of Johnson who Rang me and said ,when everyone had finished at Ely coach would come and pick us up. Three hours later he picked us up. He wanted us to apologise for his mistake. Why couldn't he have turned round picked us up so that we could have seen Ely. Then the rest of the coach wouldn't have been upset with us.Needless to say will not be travelling with Johnson again

Booked a class 4 MOT this morning online at 7am, booking was for 8am. Vehicle taken straight in and done within the hour. No fuss, no dramas, a very professional service. Well done all.

Would be good to have a phone number that's open when the MOT garage opens in the morning rather than 9am when the main office opens; or perhaps a chat facility on the website.

The MOT is very dissatisfied with this organization. For 1.5 months they began to call come to do That. They called and texted every 15 minutes. all day. They did not allow me to work - you are constantly distracted by every SMS, every 15 minutes. As far as I understood, there was no work. I did not go - So when it is convenient for them, but I arrived as expected. (I didn’t understand at all - I paid for a year of MOT, but why did I have to go through MOT almost 2 months earlier). As a result, they did not give me a certificate and said next time I would have to pay them again. It's called Making Money. What they couldn't earn over the summer when they didn't have clients. They find on whom you can charge several times the fee for passing the MOT. I won't let you cash in on me anymore. I'll just go to others. Thank you for the many years of experience with you - I will not return to you again. Do not use the same company - be sure to change !!! it's like automatically every year they take more and demand and more from you, the rewards( appetite) grow and grow. Compared with others - it turned out to be overpaid 3 times more. Good luck everyone. Be carefull !!!

Booked a other coach trip this time to Blackpool . We have also been to Ireland, Isles of Man and we have just come back from Edinburgh the winock Hotel was fab.d as for the food it was fabulous plenty of gluten free options.
