My trip to China with Real Gap Experience is definitely one of my most memorable travel experiences. The team in the office made the whole booking process easy and they provided me with really good, in-depth information before I left which was great as this was my first time to Asia.

The trip itself was incredible, from bamboo rafting on the Yulong river, to visiting the Terracotta Army, and camping on the Great Wall, every experience was unforgettable. The guides were also fantastic which makes a huge difference when you don't speak the language at all!

My experience of travelling with Real Gap Experience was amazing. From the awesome staff helping out with logistics and planning to arriving in Nepal and volunteering it was hassle free.

The volunteering was so much fun. Getting to know the children and being involved in helping with their day to day lives, whether it was teaching, helping with homework or playing games it was a very worthwhile experience.

It was good to get out and explore more of the country too. The guys in Nepal are the best. They were always willing to help us sort out things to do such as trekking and sorting out travelling about, including an unforgettable trip to Chitwan National Park where we saw a rhino up close on a sunrise jungle walk.

10/10 experience for sure.

Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 situation I wasn't able to go on the trip I booked with RealGap - but throughout the process of choosing, booking and, sadly, cancelling, the team have been fantastic. They've been really responsive and understanding - especially Katie who I had a lot of correspondence with. I'll definitely be returning when I next can and hopefully get to go with them this time!
