A big thank you has to go Clare and the team at RB for your help in organising a surprise birthday trip for my wife. It is the first time we have used London City Airport to travel from/to and it was definitely one of the most relaxing trips we have had through any airport.

Florence is one of the nicest cities we have visited and the Hotel L'Orologio was perfect and close to great restaurants, the Ponte Vecchio and many other historical locations.

Train travel is easy and the station was less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We decided to travel to Pisa for the day to see the leaning tower and it was not a disappointment. The bus station is directly outside the train station in Pisa and LAM 1+ bus takes you to the tower.

All in all a fabulous trip and would recommend RB Collection to anyone for their perfect mix of professionalism and personal service.

I’ve been using R&B for a few years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.First choose where you would like to go, pop in there and then they will help you sort it. There knowledge of all destinations is amazing. They never fail in choosing the best hotels. Last year went to Africa fabulous holiday they helped put together. They arranged all the trips I wanted to do. You can E mail Clare and she will respond that day that’s a great service.

We have used RB Collection 3 times now, and we will be using them again. A one stop shop for a wonderful, memorable holiday. They listen to what you want, and come up with ideas that suit you as an individual. From flights, transfers, accommodation, trips, they will arrange everything and you know you will be in safe hands. Totally hassle free. I 100% recommend them, especially if it's an extra special occasion that you want to celebrate. Special mention to Sam who has done an amazing job for us, but all of the team are very knowledgeable and really helpful. ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. Clare at RB Collection put together an amazing itinerary for us within our date constraints. All information was clearly laid out both in online portal and hard copies posted just before trip. Excellent support available if needed while away.
A truly magical trip to Sweden to the Ice Hotel and Tree Hotel! So glad we picked RB Collection - this was a one-off trip of a lifetime and it truly was amazing!
