To say that this companies customer service is poor would be an understatement.
They are totally unresponsive in response to their own incompetence and then expect their customers to pay for it.
Was off hiring a site lavatory and called in to give the requested unit number. Pick up date came and went and this was not off hired. When questioned they said that they did not have any recollection of the call and only accepted emails. Therefore, we had to pay the cost of the unit post the agreed date.

Their outlook on running a business is beyond poor and very shortsighted. For an £100 they are willing to lose a customer that could have given them thousands in customs throughout the year.

Not even a response when their head office was contacted about the attitude and handling of their team.

Steer away there are plenty of other reputable and customer orientated companies one can use.

Rawley’s service is exceptional, the best we have seen in the Industry. They are reliable and always provide well maintained and serviced units. They respond to any issues immediately even during our weekend track engineering works.

Terrible customer services, hired temporary fencing for 2 months, wished to off hire on 16th December with a weeks notice prior to Christmas and told we have to keep the fencing until after Christmas as they have no transport and forced to hire the fencing until January.
