Exceptional Service and Advice at a Difficult Time

Purchasing a WAV was an urgent decision for our family, as my Dad is now housebound without one. We didn’t know much about what to look for, but Peter Mitchell from Ransome's provided invaluable guidance right from the start. He really listened to what we needed. His expert advice made what could have been an overwhelming process so much simpler.

After we collected the vehicle, we discovered a faulty safety belt and a small ding on the driver’s door. While I was happy to live with the dent, Peter insisted on having it repaired whilst replacing the seat belt. He even arranged for us to have an alternative WAV during the repair period, ensuring that Dad could still get out.

Throughout the process, Peter and the team kept us updated at every stage, and they returned our calls promptly. Their attention to detail gave us peace of mind during what could have been a stressful time.

Now that the vehicle is back with us, it’s perfect—exactly what we need. On top of that, the extended warranty provides added reassurance. This wasn’t just about buying a car; it was about enabling Dad to get out, and Peter and Team Ransome's made that possible.
